Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final

All purchases made on ComfyUIFlows Studio — including subscriptions, credit packs, cloud storage add-ons, and LoRA model training — are final and non-refundable. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds, credits, or exchanges will be issued under any circumstances.

What This Covers

• Subscription Plans (Starter, Pro, Studio, Team): All subscription payments are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges, but no refund will be issued for the current or any prior billing period.
• Credit Packs (500 / 1,500 / 3,500 credits): All credit pack purchases are non-refundable, whether credits have been used or not.
• Cloud Storage Add-Ons (+25, +50, +100, +250, +500 image slots): All storage add-on purchases are non-refundable.
• LoRA Model Training ($250 / $350 / $800): All training purchases are non-refundable, regardless of training outcome or satisfaction.

AI Generation Credits

Credits are digital computational units consumed when you use our AI tools. Once consumed, they cannot be restored. If an AI generation fails due to a system error on our end (not user error), credits are automatically refunded to your in-platform balance — this is an internal credit restoration, not a cash refund.

NSFW Penalty

Credits deducted as a penalty for attempting to generate prohibited NSFW content are permanently forfeited and will never be restored.

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you retain access to your current plan features until the end of the paid billing period. After that, your account is downgraded to the Free tier. No partial or prorated refunds are issued for unused time.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider instead of contacting us directly will result in immediate and permanent suspension of your account and all associated AI generation capabilities.
